Theme template overrides can move or omit a hook. Verify the active template rather than relying only on the label.
Placement test
- Put a short unique marker in one field.
- Open the mini-cart with one item.
- Change quantity or contents so WooCommerce refreshes fragments.
- Confirm the marker appears once in the intended location.
- Repeat with an empty cart if the theme renders one.
- Remove the marker and add the final content.
Avoid placing block-level markup where the hook sits inside a paragraph, list, or table-like structure. Inspect the rendered HTML and test keyboard navigation.
