Actual markup depends on the active WooCommerce template and theme overrides. A hook can be moved or omitted by an overridden template.

Verify placement

Add a short unique marker to one field at a time. Test:

  • a cart with one simple product;
  • a variation;
  • a coupon;
  • calculated shipping;
  • narrow and wide layouts.

Remove the marker after confirming the intended location. Avoid adding interactive controls inside table markup without validating HTML structure and keyboard behavior.
