Hide the add-to-cart confirmation
Use Hide add-to-cart notice to remove the standard WooCommerce confirmation displayed after a product is added to the cart. This removes the whole message, including its View cart or Continue shopping link.
This guide is for store administrators using WooCommerce and POM Tweaks. The setting applies to the current site.
Configure the notice
- Open Settings → POM Tweaks → E-Commerce → Cart & checkout.
- Find Hide add-to-cart notice.
- Select Enable and click Save.
- Add an available product to the cart on the storefront.
The product is still added normally, but WooCommerce's standard server-rendered success confirmation is hidden. Stock errors, other notices and checkout validation remain visible. The setting does not hide independent notifications supplied by blocks, mini-carts, themes or other extensions.
Verify or restore the confirmation
Check that the product appears in the cart and that the usual confirmation is absent. A failed addition, such as exceeding available stock, should still show its error.
To restore the native confirmation, clear Enable, save and add another product. Existing cart items and orders are not changed.
If a message remains visible, identify whether it comes from a separate mini-cart, block or extension notification; those are outside this setting's scope. Clear any page cache before comparing storefront results.
