Insert content at WooCommerce cart hooks
Cart page hooks provides one managed HTML field for each supported WooCommerce cart-template hook. Non-empty content is translated through POM Tweaks, processed for WordPress shortcodes, and printed at priority 15.
Configure it under Settings → POM Tweaks → E-Commerce → Cart & checkout → Cart page hooks.
Add one placement
- Confirm the site uses the classic WooCommerce cart template for the intended position.
- Open the field whose label describes that position.
- Add the smallest required HTML or shortcode.
- Save and open a populated cart while signed out.
- Test an empty cart and mobile layout.
- Check the cart again after quantity, coupon, shipping, and fragment updates.
Empty fields register no output callback for their hook.
Reopen the editor after saving to confirm it shows the intended HTML or shortcode. If saved content is unavailable, that placement adds nothing; enter the content and save again to restore it.
Content boundary
The fields are intended for trusted administrator-authored HTML and shortcodes. A shortcode can run its own queries or display user-specific data, so evaluate its security, caching, and performance separately.
This module does not provide conditional rules. Put conditions inside a supported shortcode or use a dedicated integration rather than assuming the field knows the current product, role, cart total, or shipping method.
Template compatibility
These placements correspond to PHP hooks in classic WooCommerce cart templates. Cart Blocks do not reproduce every classic hook. If the content is absent from a Cart Block, use a block-compatible integration.
