Track orders with the Shipped status

Shipped order status adds a dispatch stage to WooCommerce orders. Store managers choose it manually in an order or with a bulk action. It supports High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and classic order storage, and retains orders already using the same status.

Enable and use it

  1. Open Settings → POM Tweaks → E-Commerce → General → Shipped order status.
  2. Select Enable and click Save.
  3. Open WooCommerce → Orders and choose an order ready for dispatch.
  4. Select Shipped in its status selector and save the order.
  5. Return to the order list and verify its status. Use the Shipped filter to find dispatched orders.

For several orders, select only the intended rows, choose Change status to shipped in the bulk-actions selector, and apply it. WooCommerce performs the normal permission and nonce checks, saves each order and records the status transition.

Behavior and compatibility

The status appears after On hold in the status selector. If another extension removes that position, Shipped remains available at the end. An existing Shipped registration or label from another extension is retained.

The control does not automatically dispatch orders, collect payment, grant downloads, send a new email or replace the store's completion workflow. Other enabled integrations may react to an order-status change. Review their rules before changing live orders. WooCommerce reports and analytics can have their own included-status configuration.

For integrations, the existing public status identifier remains wc-shipped; WooCommerce order objects use shipped. Existing orders require no status renaming. Native status-transition hooks remain available.

Verify and disable

On a staging order, select Shipped, save and reload. Confirm the order appears in the Shipped list and that its customer details, items and totals are unchanged. Test a bulk update separately when using it in your workflow.

Disabling the control does not rewrite stored orders. If no other extension provides this status, move affected orders to a supported status before disabling it, or re-enable the control to make them selectable again.
