Choose the product sorting options
Store managers can hide selected standard choices from the classic WooCommerce catalog sorting selector. WooCommerce must be active and the catalog template must display its standard ordering control.
- Open Settings → POM Tweaks → E-Commerce → Products.
- Enable Catalog sorting options.
- Under Hide sorting options, select popularity, average rating, newness, ascending price or descending price as needed.
- Click Save and visit the shop or a product category with enough products to show the selector.
Only selected choices disappear. The saved default sort order, direct orderby URLs and choices added by other extensions remain independent. Product Collection blocks have their own sorting controls.
If the selector is absent entirely, check the active template and the number of matching products. Disable this tweak and save to restore all normal choices. No product or ordering data is deleted.
