Display variation attributes separately in the cart
Display itemized variations tells WooCommerce not to treat selected variation attributes as part of the product name. WooCommerce can then show those attributes as separate item data in cart-related output.
Enable it under Settings → POM Tweaks → E-Commerce → Cart & checkout → Display itemized variations.
Verify the result
- Create a variable product with visible variation attributes.
- Add one variation to the cart.
- Confirm the product title remains the parent product name.
- Confirm selected attributes appear as separate labeled values.
- Check cart, mini-cart, checkout, order review, and email output used by the store.
- Test a simple product as a negative case.
The module applies one WooCommerce filter and has no formatting controls. The active theme and WooCommerce template decide the final labels and markup.
Compatibility
Another plugin can filter the same WooCommerce decision or manually append attributes to product titles. If values appear twice, disable the competing formatter and keep one owner.
Disabling the module restores WooCommerce’s next available behavior on later requests. It does not alter products, variations, attributes, cart records, or existing orders.
