Add a WooCommerce Bookings availability finder

Enhanced availability finder lets a visitor choose a date, see published bookable products with available time slots, and continue to the selected product with the date and slot preselected.

The setting appears under Settings → POM Tweaks → E-Commerce → Products only while WooCommerce Bookings is active.

Add the finder

  1. Enable Enhanced availability finder and save.

  2. Save each published bookable product that should be indexed.

  3. Allow WooCommerce Action Scheduler to complete the queued availability work.

  4. Add this shortcode to a public page:

    [pomatio_tweaks_wc_availability_search]
  5. Publish the page and choose a date from today onward.

  6. Select a displayed time and follow the product button.

  7. Confirm the booking form selects the intended date and matching slot.

When WPBakery Page Builder is available, the module also registers WooCommerce availability search for the builder.

How results stay current

The finder uses a date-oriented availability index rather than calculating every booking product during each visitor request. Product saves queue a rebuild for the coming year. New or cancelled bookings queue an update for the affected product and date. Product deletion removes its indexed entries.

The finder is public by design and returns product title, image, link, button text, and available slots for the requested date.

Continue

  1. Understand availability and selection rules.
  2. Troubleshoot missing or stale booking results.

Disabling the module removes the shortcode, public finder, and update hooks. It does not alter WooCommerce Bookings products or existing bookings.
