Troubleshoot the booking finder

Test the same product and date first in the normal WooCommerce booking form. If that form has no slot, the finder should not invent one.

The Bookings setting is missing

Confirm WooCommerce Bookings is active. POM Tweaks adds the Bookings subsection only when that plugin is active in the current administration request.

The shortcode shows no products

  1. Confirm the product is published and is a booking product.
  2. Check that the date is within the next year.
  3. Verify the normal product form reports available slots.
  4. Save the product to queue a rebuild.
  5. Review WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions and allow the POM Tweaks availability action to finish.
  6. Clear the page cache and choose the date again.

The finder intentionally returns no card for a product/date with no indexed free slots.

A recent booking still appears available

Booking creation and cancellation queue a date-specific refresh. Confirm the relevant scheduled action completed, then reload without a cached response. Also verify the booking start date and product ID are correct.

The product page chooses the wrong time

The destination page needs the standard WooCommerce Bookings date picker and time-slot markup. Confirm the theme or another plugin has not replaced those controls. If the requested slot disappeared between search and product load, the current behavior selects the first available slot; the customer must verify it before purchase.

The finder is unstyled or inactive

Place the shortcode in the page’s stored content and confirm the module is enabled. Check that the page contains only one finder instance because the current widget uses a single date-input identifier and result container.
