Move the short description into a product tab

Configure this feature in Settings → POM Tweaks → E-Commerce → Products → Short description tab.

The setting moves each product’s short description from the standard summary into its own tab. The title is configurable and empty descriptions do not create tabs. Product content remains editable in the product editor.
