View product attributes in the product list
Enable Product attributes column to review attributes without opening each product. It adds an Attributes column to Products → All Products. This is useful when checking global attributes, custom values or the available options of variable products.
Enable the column
You need WooCommerce and permission to manage POM Tweaks settings. Product editors can view the column in the product list they already have access to.
- Open Settings → POM Tweaks → E-Commerce → Advanced.
- Under Product attributes column, select Enable.
- Select Save.
- Open Products → All Products and look for Attributes.
The column shows global attribute labels with their assigned term names, and custom attributes with their saved values. Attributes that are not marked visible on the storefront are still included. For variable products, it shows the parent product's configured options, not separate rows for every variation. Products without usable attribute values show a dash.
For example, a product with a global Color attribute and a custom Size attribute might show Color: Blue, Green and Size: Small, Large. A value of 0 is retained.
Hide the column for your account
Open Screen Options on the product list and clear Attributes. Check it again to restore the column. This preference belongs to your user account and does not disable the tweak for other editors. Existing preferences from the classic column continue to apply.
To remove the column for everyone, clear Enable in Product attributes column and save. Product attributes, variations and storefront visibility are unchanged.
Verify and troubleshoot
- Compare the column with Product data → Attributes in one simple product and one variable product.
- If the column is missing, confirm the tweak is enabled and Attributes is checked in Screen Options.
- If one attribute is missing, confirm it has saved values. A deleted global attribute taxonomy is not displayed.
- This column is for the native WooCommerce product list. It does not add sorting by attribute, attribute filters, inline editing or columns to alternative catalog dashboards.
- Editing the product's attributes remains a separate WooCommerce operation; the column itself is read-only.
