Extend term translation through supported surfaces

POM Translate does not expose a dedicated pom_translate_term_translation filter. Term names and descriptions use the normal extraction and translation lifecycle; taxonomy eligibility uses the taxonomy filters.

Use pom_translate_get_term_name() and pom_translate_get_term_description() for explicit reads, pom_translate_get_localized_url() for links, and pom_translate_translation_changed for cache invalidation.

Do not filter raw WP_Term objects globally merely to simulate storage. WordPress term filters can run in administration, save, and lookup contexts where changing identity fields is unsafe.

If a taxonomy needs support, enable it through pom_translate_enabled_taxonomies, save representative terms, and verify hierarchical archive routing.
