Filter taxonomy translation configuration

pom_translate_always_enabled_taxonomies( array $taxonomies ) changes the always-parsed set, whose defaults are category and post_tag.

pom_translate_enabled_taxonomies( array $taxonomies ) filters the final configured list.

pom_translate_subject_search_taxonomies( array $taxonomies ) controls which taxonomies the Translation Manager searches when an editor uses its subject autocomplete. It does not enable extraction for those taxonomies.

Return sanitized registered taxonomy slugs and preserve entries owned by other integrations. Run registration after custom taxonomies exist.

These filters affect extraction eligibility; they do not create term translations, localized slugs, or archive rewrites by themselves. Save or process representative terms after enabling a new taxonomy and refresh rewrite rules when localized routes are introduced.
