Register translatable public settings
POM Translate has no generic filter that makes arbitrary WordPress options translatable. Register stable public option values as named strings when they are saved:
pom_translate_register_string(
'acme.settings.footer_notice',
(string) get_option( 'acme_footer_notice', '' )
);
Render the stored source through the registered-string helper. Keep the WordPress option as the canonical base-language value.
Do not register credentials, email addresses used operationally, API responses, private configuration, or complex serialized settings. For a repeater, give each durable public row and field its own stable identifier rather than registering the serialized array.
If extending POM Translate's own settings definition, pom_translate_settings filters that framework configuration; it is not a translation registry for another plugin's settings.
