Filter localized SEO alternates

pom_translate_seo_localized_urls( array $urls, string $base_url, string $context ) filters locale-to-URL maps for head or sitemap.

pom_translate_seo_head_alternates( array $links, array $localized_urls, string $base_url ) filters head alternates.

pom_translate_seo_sitemap_alternates( array $links, array $entry, array $localized_urls ) filters Rank Math sitemap alternates.

Return complete, valid URLs and normalized language keys. Preserve reciprocal clusters and the intended base-locale x-default.

These filters do not make another SEO plugin compatible with POM Translate automatically. Canonical filters are implemented explicitly for Rank Math and Yoast; test the final HTML and XML rather than only the filtered arrays.
