Resolve POM AI credit or authorization errors
Machine translation requires a separate valid POM AI license, authorization for the current site domain, available account credits, and local daily capacity.
Identify the failing control
- Open the POM AI license management area for the affected site scope.
- Confirm the key is active and belongs to POM AI, not only POM Translate.
- Verify the exact current domain is authorized.
- Check remaining POM AI credits.
- Review POM Translate's daily word and string limits.
- Confirm the server clock, DNS, TLS, and outbound HTTPS access.
On multisite, validate POM AI from the affected subsite. Authorization configured for another site does not automatically apply there.
Choose the correct remedy
- Renew or replace an invalid POM AI license.
- Authorize the current production or staging domain according to the account plan.
- Add account credits when the service balance is insufficient.
- Raise suitable local limits when only the site counter is exhausted.
- Reset today's local quota only after a justified limit change or failed batch; it cannot add account credits.
Do not paste license keys, authentication data, or full service requests into logs or support messages. After correction, translate one small reviewed string before resuming a large queue.
