Update registered source wording
Call pom_translate_register_string() again with the same stable name and new source value. The registry entry is updated and request caches are invalidated.
Retain the name for corrections or wording changes to the same semantic message. Use a new name when the meaning, placeholders, privacy classification, or lifecycle has changed.
After an update:
- review every target locale;
- verify placeholder compatibility;
- confirm fallback displays the new source;
- clear any integration-owned page or fragment cache.
Do not rename identifiers merely to force retranslation; that leaves the old registered entry behind and loses a stable association. Do not assume an older translation remains semantically correct after a substantial source change.
