Observe stored translation changes

pom_translate_translation_changed receives:

($string_id, $string_row, $locale, $translated_text, $status)

The status can represent a saved workflow state or deletion marker such as deleted or deleted_all. Do not assume translated text or locale is non-empty.

Use the action for precise cache invalidation, search indexing, or an integration-owned audit event that stores no sensitive payload. Do not rewrite the same translation in the callback.

For rendered post content, pom_translate_rendered_content( string $html, int $post_id, string $locale ) filters the completed result. It should not be used to persist corrected translations.
