Check post-type translation controls
pom_translate_get_enabled_post_types(): array returns post-type slugs selected for extraction plus types that integrations declare as always enabled.
For individual parts, use:
pom_translate_is_post_type_title_translatable( $post_type );
pom_translate_is_post_type_content_translatable( $post_type );
pom_translate_is_post_type_excerpt_translatable( $post_type );
pom_translate_is_post_type_meta_translatable( $post_type );
The general form is pom_translate_is_post_type_translation_part_enabled( $post_type, $part ). Supported parts are title, content, excerpt, and meta according to the settings model.
These helpers answer configuration questions; they do not prove that a particular post has extracted strings or completed translations. Also check post existence, status, exclusions, and the requested locale when deciding whether to display multilingual controls.
Use strict slug comparisons. Do not read the underlying settings option directly because defaults and public filters participate in the result.
