A writing tool fails

POM AI writing tools usually estimate first and generate second. Identify which stage failed before retrying.

Validate the request

• Enter the required description or prompt.
• Stay within the counter shown by the tool: the long-post tool allows 100,000 characters and the full-site tool allows 4,000.
• Select every required page type, section, copywriting style, language, or word count.
• Keep structured section data valid and within the tool’s visible limits.
• Use a WordPress user who can edit posts.

Validate the service

Check the POM AI license, current domain authorization, credit balance, and network access. A failed credit estimate should stop generation. If a generation request times out, inspect Drafts before repeating it: long-form tools can create or update a post section by section.

Validate the result

A successful account response still needs the expected content structure. The tool rejects empty output or invalid structured data instead of saving it as complete content. For a partially built long post, record the draft ID and completed sections, then resume only the missing work.

Do not publish generated copy as a troubleshooting test. Review factual claims, links, tone, formatting, and accessibility first.
