Credits are not visible
The credit display shows the most recent account balance available for the POM AI license connected to this site. It is not a locally calculated total.
Check the connection
- Open Settings → POM AI → License.
- Confirm that a POM AI license is connected and valid.
- Confirm that the current site domain is authorized by that license.
- Reload the page and allow the balance request to finish.
- Check whether the license owner’s account actually has active subscription or top-up credits.
If POM AI cannot determine the balance, some tool screens show an error directing you back to POM AI settings. Revalidating the license is safer than disconnecting and re-entering it immediately.
Understand the cached value
After a successful AI operation, POM AI stores the returned remaining_credits value for display. A missing local value does not prove the account has zero credits; an old value does not override the account service. Refresh the licensed balance before investigating a difference.
On multisite, verify the license for the current subsite. The network updater license is not the subsite’s AI service balance.
If the balance still cannot load, collect the site URL, time, license status without the key, public error code, and whether other licensed operations work.
