An image tool fails
Separate selection, estimate, remote generation, import, and optional replacement. The visible error usually identifies which stage stopped.
Input checks
- Provide the required image description and stay within the on-screen counter; generation and improvement prompts allow up to 3,100 characters.
- For improvement, select at least one and no more than 10 source images.
- Use no more than 3 optional reference images, each a valid image attachment no larger than 2 MB.
- Confirm the selected attachment still has a readable source file.
- Choose only aspect ratio, model, style, and size values offered by the interface.
Service checks
Confirm the POM AI license, domain authorization, available credits, and internet access. If estimation fails, do not continue with generation. If credits changed but the browser reports a timeout, inspect the Media Library before retrying.
Import checks
The account response must contain a supported image payload. WordPress then needs upload permission, a writable uploads directory, and support for the returned MIME type. A generated result that cannot be imported is not a Media Library attachment.

Collect the tool name, selected image IDs, count and sizes, prompt length, time, and public error—never the source image when it contains private material unless an approved support channel requests it.
