The POM AI license is not valid

POM AI requires one valid product license key stored through the shared POM Framework registry.

Revalidate safely

1. Open Settings → POM AI → License.
2. Confirm that a key is connected; only its masked form should be visible.
3. Use the license field’s revalidation action.
4. Check the returned status and message.
5. Confirm that the key belongs to POM AI, is active, and has not expired or been revoked.
6. Confirm the current domain separately.

Do not restore or enter the retired POM AI public/private key pair. Do not paste the key into a prompt, browser console, screenshot, or support ticket.

On multisite, revalidate the current subsite’s service license. The network update license can keep plugin updates working while an individual subsite’s AI features remain unlicensed.

If the shared licensing field reports that the licensing client is unavailable, update POM AI through the approved product update process before attempting another key migration.

When contacting support, share the product, site URL, validation time, masked last characters if displayed, and public error code. Never share the full key.
