Link the Fenómenus subscription

Link the active Fenómenus subscription to the restaurant site that will use it. The association uses the numeric network site ID rather than the domain.

Before you start

  • Buy or renew the Fenómenus plan with the correct POM account.
  • Confirm that it appears under Account → Licenses & Downloads → Your services.
  • Sign in as an administrator on the destination restaurant site.
  • Choose the site carefully. Customers cannot move the subscription after it is linked.
  1. In account.pom.es, open Licenses & Downloads.
  2. Find the Fenómenus service card.
  3. Select Reveal activation key, then Copy.
  4. Open the destination restaurant site's administration area.
  5. Go to Settings → Restaurant settings.
  6. Open Restaurant setup → Fenómenus subscription.
  7. Paste the key into Service activation key.
  8. Select Link subscription to this site.

Expected result

The panel becomes read-only and shows the plan, service status, numeric network site ID, and current site URL. The service card in the POM account also shows the linked site.

Limits and verification

  • There is no customer-facing unlink or replace action.
  • Changing the restaurant domain does not require reactivation.
  • The activation key does not grant product downloads or updates.
  • Return to Fenómenus subscription after reloading the page. The same site ID should remain visible.

If the wrong site was selected, contact POM support for an administrative correction. Do not buy another subscription merely to change a domain.
