Bar menu
The bar menu is the counter card: pintxos, tapas, raciones, sandwiches and anything served standing up or at the bar rather than at a laid table.
When to enable it
Enable Bar menu when the counter offer is genuinely different from the dining room — different items, different portions, or different prices for the same dish. A bar with its own QR codes on the counter is the clearest case.
Do not enable it to duplicate the dining-room card at the bar. Two menu types holding the same dishes means every price change has to be made twice, and the two will drift apart.
What one record holds

| Precio unidad | Price per piece |
Allergen information is enabled for this type by default.
Prices at the counter
The three formats map neatly onto how a bar sells:
| Format | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Unit | One pintxo, one croquette, one oyster |
| Half portion | A media ración to share between two |
| Full portion | A ración for the table |
Filling all three on an item that is only sold one way is the most common mistake here. Leave the formats you do not serve empty.
The price field descriptions suggest including the count when it helps — for example 12,00€ (6 unidades) — so guests know what they are ordering before they ask.

To share
Keep the list short. A guest standing at a bar reads far less than a guest seated with a card.
Layout
The counter is a hurried context. Price list is usually the right choice: it is fast to scan, works on a phone held in one hand, and does not depend on photography.
If the bar is the restaurant's showcase, Horizontal carousel works too, but only with a complete and consistent set of photos.
Drinks at the bar
Keep drinks in their own menu types: wines in the Wine list, cocktails in Cocktails, everything else in Beverages. Each of those stores the formats that drink is actually served in — a glass, a shot, a bottle — which the bar menu's portion fields cannot express.
Guests move between them through the contact dock, which is configured per archive in Content settings → Content settings.
Bulk work
The bar menu supports the Excel export and the paste-in bulk table with title plus the three price columns. A counter card of eighty short lines is exactly the case bulk entry was built for.
