Choose PDF content

PDF feeds read published posts from the content types exposed by Fenómenus. Each source defines its supported fields, taxonomies, ordering choices, and statuses.

Add a source and feed

  1. Edit a design from PDF designs.
  2. Open Data.
  3. Choose a content type and select Add source.
  4. Open Pages and select or create a Content section.
  5. Open Layers, select Add element, and choose Feed.
  6. Select the feed frame and choose its source and grouping taxonomy in the inspector.

Only allowed WordPress fields can be bound. Post fields include the title, supported descriptions and prices, featured image, and exposed taxonomies. Term fields include the name, description, slug, and supported term image. General fields include site name, site logo, generation date, and page numbers.

A data source can be assigned to only one feed in a design. Add another data source before creating another content-feed page. Feed source selectors hide sources already used elsewhere, and pages containing a feed cannot be duplicated.

Grouping and columns

Choose Group by category to render a term container before its matching posts. Automatic columns use the feed frame's available width, minimum item width, maximum column count, and gap. Resizing the feed frame recalculates the columns.

Column calculation and gaps belong to the selected feed. Selecting the page itself exposes only page and pagination settings.

Preview all content or use a temporary limit

The preview item limit is empty by default. Empty means all matching posts. The field is deliberately secondary and appears below the selected feed's CSS selectors. Enter a limit only when hundreds of posts make design work too demanding; the limit affects the editor preview, not the final generated PDF.

Verify

Refresh the preview after changing query settings. Confirm that the item count, categories, category hierarchy, item order, and uncategorised behavior match the intended catalogue before styling it.
