Set PDF typography and colours

PDF designs use document theme tokens plus per-element overrides.

Choose fonts

Open Theme to choose the document heading and body fonts. Font controls use a dropdown containing PDF-safe fonts and the additional fonts configured in the Fenómenus theme settings. Selecting an additional font stores its available webfont sources in the design so the editor and print renderer use the same family.

Spacing is not a document theme variable. Select a layer and use its explicit margin and padding controls so the live canvas, pagination measurement, and generated PDF all use the same millimetre values.

Select an individual text or dynamic field to override its font, size, alignment, weight, colour, line height, or other available typography properties in the inspector.

The PDF editor currently uses left-to-right text direction for every control, canvas element, and generated page. Right-to-left document layouts are not supported at this time.

Choose colours

Open Theme to set reusable paper, ink, muted, and accent colours. Elements that reference a theme colour update together. Select an individual element to replace its colour without changing the rest of the document.

The theme paper colour is the default for new pages. Select a page in Pages and use Paper color in the right inspector to override it independently, for example to combine a dark cover, light menu pages, and a branded back cover.

Add custom CSS

Open CSS, enter document-scoped rules, and watch the preview update immediately. The saved stylesheet is applied to PDF generation too. Use the selectors shown in the selected element's inspector, and enable Show selectors on canvas when identifying term depths, featured posts, or allergen classes.

Avoid remote imports, scripts, or browser-specific behavior. Fenómenus sanitizes unsafe CSS before saving it.

Verify

Generate a PDF after changing fonts or CSS. Confirm that headings, body text, accented characters, prices, page furniture, and icons match the live preview.
