An update or download is unavailable

Use this guide when WordPress does not offer a Pomatio update, Download ZIP is missing or disabled, or a manual download returns an error.

Check what the license allows

  1. Open My Account → Licenses & Downloads.
  2. Confirm the product's license badge is active.
  3. Read Latest version and compare it with the installed version.
  4. Confirm the plan includes updates or downloads.
  5. If download counters are shown, check both the per-version and rolling-period allowance.

An installed product can keep running after a license lapses, but private update metadata and manual packages require current entitlement. A product without a published package cannot be downloaded even if the license is otherwise active.

Refresh updates in WordPress

  1. Confirm the correct key validates on the site.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Updates.
  3. Select Check again.
  4. Wait for the update check to finish and compare the reported version with Latest version in the account.
  5. If the site uses caching or managed update controls, clear or refresh those according to the site's normal process.

The server must allow outbound HTTPS requests to the private update service. A blocked request can leave WordPress unaware of a release.

Try a manual package safely

If Download ZIP is available, select it once and allow the request to finish. Repeated downloads consume the displayed allowance.

Before installing the ZIP over a live site, create a backup or restore point and verify that you selected the exact plugin or theme. Manual packages are an installation fallback; they do not bypass an inactive license or a plan that excludes downloads.

Expected result

WordPress offers the latest entitled version, or the account supplies a valid product ZIP within the displayed allowance.

If it remains unavailable

Send support:

  • the product name;
  • current and latest versions;
  • the license status and plan name;
  • the download counters shown on the card;
  • the exact WordPress or download error;
  • the affected hostname and time of the attempt.

Do not send the full license key. See Share support information safely.
