The short version
- Sign in to your account with the email address you used at checkout.
- Open Licenses & Downloads. Every product you bought is there, with its key.
- Reveal the key for the product you want to install, and copy it.
- Install the product on your site and paste the key where it asks for one.
- The site appears in your license's domain list, and updates start arriving automatically.
That is the whole flow for a plugin or a theme. Services, AI credits and commissions each have their own area, covered in their own chapters.
One account, one email address
Everything in your account is tied to the address you bought with. Licenses, credits, services and commissions all hang off it.
If you buy something with a different address, it lands in a different account, and neither account can see the other's products. When that happens, contact support with both safe email addresses and the order number so ownership can be reviewed; do not create another purchase as a workaround.
Which of these chapters apply to you
- Plugin and theme customers have product licenses and downloads.
- Service-only customers may have services without a product license.
- Hosted service customers also have services and plans.
- POM AI users also have credits and authorized domains.
- Partners also have commissions. Read the ones that describe what you bought and skip the rest.
