Services and plans
Some Pomatio products are services we run rather than files you install. They appear in your account under Your services, in the same screen as your licenses.

Service or license?
| License | Service | |
|---|---|---|
| What you get | Files you install | Something Pomatio runs |
| Key to enter | Product license key | One-time site activation key |
| Domains to activate | Yes | No |
| ZIP to download | Yes, if the plan allows | No |
| Renewal | Yes | Yes |
Service activation keys do not grant files, updates, or domains. They only link one subscription to one numeric network site ID.
Where they appear
Open Licenses & Downloads. Your licenses come first; Your services follows underneath, and only appears when you have at least one.
What a plan decides
Your plan is named on every card and is what decides the limits that apply to you — for a license, the domain allowance and download limits; for a service, whatever the service measures, such as monthly traffic.
Changing plan means buying the plan you want in the shop. There is no upgrade control in the account.
To prepare a new combined purchase, use Configure and buy a Pomatio plan.
Activate on the destination site
Pomatio runs the service, so there is no ZIP to install. You do need to link the subscription once to the site that will use it. Follow Link a service to a network site.
