Download a product package

Getting the installable ZIP from your account.

When you need it

• The first installation, before the product exists on the site.
• A site that cannot reach Pomatio, where automatic updates never appear.
• A manual update, when you would rather install by hand than run the updater.
• Rebuilding a site from scratch.

For everything else, the update inside WordPress is easier and does not consume your download allowance.

The steps

1. Open Licenses & Downloads.
2. Find the product's card.
3. Select Download ZIP.

The download starts. You get the current published release — the one shown as Latest version on the card.

When the button is not there

Download ZIP only appears when your plan includes downloads or updates. A plan with neither shows no button.

When the button is disabled

You have reached a download limit. The counters immediately above it show which one:

• Downloads of vX — your allowance for this specific release.
• Last 7 days — your rolling weekly allowance for this license.

What you get

The current release, not an archive of past versions. There is no version picker and no way to request an older build from the account.

If you need a specific earlier version, ask support and explain why.

Installing it

The standard WordPress route:

• Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, or Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
• Choose the ZIP and install.
• If the product is already installed, WordPress offers to replace it with the uploaded version.

Then confirm the license key is still entered, and that the site validates.

Before installing over a live site

• Back up, or take a restore point.
• Prefer staging if you have it.
• Install one product at a time.

Downloads and your license

Downloading requires an active license. An expired or suspended license shows an error instead of a file, and the message tells you which check failed.

The download does not consume a domain slot and does not activate anything. It is only the files.

Do not redistribute the package

The ZIP is licensed to you. Passing it around is a licensing problem for you and a security problem for whoever installs it — a package that did not come from your own account cannot be trusted to be unmodified.
