A tour of the account area
Where each thing is, and what you can do there.
Getting in
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. The account area is the standard shop account, with Pomatio's own sections added to the menu.
The menu
| Entry | Contents |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | The account landing page |
| Orders | Every purchase, with invoices and retained proposal documents when included |
| Subscriptions | What renews and when |
| Licenses & Downloads | Product licenses, domains, keys, downloads, and services |
| POM AI Management | Credits, authorized domains, usage logs |
| My partner commissions | Partner earnings — only for partners |
| Addresses, Payment methods, Account details | Standard shop settings |
Pomatio also provides My Proposals for saved website proposals. Other entries depend on your purchases and account access.
Licenses & Downloads
Two sections, one after the other.
Your product licenses — one card per plugin or theme you own. Each card shows:
- The product name, and whether it is a theme or a plugin.
- A status badge.
- Plan, Expires / renews, Domains used out of the allowance, and the Latest version.
- The key, masked, with Reveal key.
- The domains currently activated, each removable.
- Your download allowance, when the plan includes downloads.
- Download ZIP and Rotate key.
Your services — one card per hosted service, when you have any. Each shows its plan, billing period, renewal date, and for traffic-based services the traffic figures and tier state.
If you own no licenses, the section says so rather than showing an empty list.
POM AI Management
Four blocks:
- Your POM AI subscription — plan, domain allowance and renewal date, or an invitation to buy one if you have none.
- Your account credits — the balance available now, then your subscription credit batches and your top-up batches, each with what remains and when it expires.
- Manage AI Domains — the domains authorized to spend your credits, each with an optional limit.
- Usage Logs — a paged table of what was spent, where, and on what.
My partner commissions
Only appears if you are a partner. It shows your referral link, four money totals by status, your commission list with filters, your recent payment requests, and the buttons to request payment.
My Proposals
View saved quotations and project briefings as PDFs, including proposals assigned to your customer account. New proposals whose PDF email matches your account can appear here even if they were created by a visitor or affiliate. Customer accounts cannot edit saved proposals; ask the proposal creator for changes. Accounts authorized to manage proposals also have editing, resend, duplication and revision tools. Project payments and ongoing services are shown separately. From a saved proposal, you can send its current documents to the saved delivery address without editing its scope. Abandoned proposals without an order expire after two years without saved changes; paid and other order-linked documents are retained.
For an order placed from a proposal, open Orders → View → Proposal documents to read the quotation and, when included, the briefing accepted with that order. These documents remain unchanged by later edits. See Create and manage a website proposal.
What is not in the account
- Product documentation lives on the documentation site, not here.
- Support requests go through the support channel, not through the account.
- Your sites themselves are managed from their own WordPress administration.
Finding your way back
Every Pomatio area is reachable from the account menu. If a link you were given stops working — because a slug changed, or because it pointed at a specific page — go to the account and navigate from the menu instead.
