Your services
The Your services section of Licenses & Downloads, one card per hosted service.
The card
| Element | Meaning |

| Status badge | Whether it is active — the same badge vocabulary as licenses |
| Plan | The plan you are on. It decides the service's limits |
| Billing period | How often it renews, when the service has one |
| Renews / paid through | The date the current period runs to |
| Linked network site | The numeric site ID and its current URL, or Not linked yet |
Traffic-based services show three more fields, covered in Pomatio traffic tiers.
The status badge
Same meanings as a license badge:

| active | Running |
| pending | Not started — usually a payment that has not cleared |
| expired | The period ended without renewal |
| suspended | Temporarily stopped, for example while a renewal is unresolved |
| revoked / blocked | Ended deliberately |
Renews / paid through
The date the service is paid up to. A successful renewal moves it forward with nothing required from you beyond a working payment method.
Read it as the service is paid for until this date, not this is when you will be charged, since renewal attempts can start earlier.
When a card is missing
A service you bought but cannot see, in order of likelihood:
- The order has not been paid yet.
- You are signed in with a different account from the one you bought with.
- The subscription lapsed and the entitlement is no longer active.
Check Orders, then Subscriptions.
Activation key
An unlinked service card includes Reveal activation key. Copy that key to the destination site's service settings. Once linked, the association is locked; changing the site's domain does not affect it.

What the cards do not offer
- No settings. Service configuration, where it exists, is not in this screen.
- No usage history beyond the traffic figures on traffic-based services.
- No plan change control.
- No domain authorization, downloads, updater access, or customer-facing unlink action. The service activation key only binds the numeric site ID.
Several services
Each service gets its own card, each with its own plan and renewal date, even when they are billed through the same subscription.
Buying a Fenómenus pack
Add the required Fenómenus plan to your cart, then review the cart before paying. The pack includes a POM AI Single subscription and a Pomatio Tier 1 plan with the same monthly or annual billing period. Keep all three products in the cart; the accompanying subscriptions are required for the pack.
The required products are treated as one pack for cart restrictions. If Fenómenus is marked for separate purchase, you can still check out with its matching POM AI and Pomatio lines. Purchase unrelated products separately. Each line remains visible with its own price and subscription details.
