The model

Three things have to line up before a site can use POM AI:

  1. An active POM AI subscription on your account.
  2. The POM AI license key entered on the site — managed in Licenses & Downloads, like any other product.
  3. The site's domain authorized in POM AI Management.

Miss the third and the site is correctly licensed and still cannot spend a credit. It is the step people forget.

Credits belong to the account

Not to a site. Every authorized domain draws on the same balance, which is convenient — you do not have to divide credits up front — and is exactly why per-domain limits exist.

What costs credits

AI operations performed by your sites: generating and analyzing content and images, transcription, translation and the rest, each costing according to the work involved.

Nothing in the account area itself costs credits. Looking at your balance is free.

Two kinds of credit

Kind Where it comes from Consumed
Subscription Granted with your plan each period First
Top-up Bought separately After subscription credits

Within each kind, the batch that expires soonest is used first. See Subscription and top-up credits.
