theme / plugin Where it installs on your site
Status badge The license state — see License status and renewals

Details

Field Meaning
Plan The plan you bought. It decides the domain allowance, whether downloads and updates are included, and your download limits
Expires / renews The date the license runs to, or No expiration for a lifetime license
Domains Activated domains against the plan allowance, for example 2 / 5. An infinity sign means unlimited
Latest version The newest version Pomatio has published for this product. It is not what your site is running

Latest version only appears when Pomatio can resolve a published release for the product.

The key

Shown masked, as a short prefix followed by dots. Reveal key replaces it with the full key and a Copy button.

Revealing is a one-time display: reload the page and the key is masked again.

Domains

A list of the domains currently activated on this license. Each entry shows the domain, and an environment label when the site is recorded as something other than production.

Each domain has a × button that deactivates it, with a confirmation. Deactivating frees the slot and stops the product validating on that site until it is activated again.

Download allowance

Shown when your plan includes downloads and Pomatio has a published release:

Line Meaning
Downloads of vX: n of m used How many times you have downloaded the current release
Last 7 days: n of m used Your rolling weekly total for this license

An exhausted counter is highlighted, and the Download ZIP button is disabled while either limit is reached. See Download limits.

Actions

Button What it does
Download ZIP Delivers the current release. Only shown when the plan allows downloads or updates
Rotate key Issues a new key and immediately invalidates the current one everywhere. Confirms first

What is not on the card

  • No per-site version information.
  • No activation history or audit trail.
  • No way to add a domain from the account — domains are added by activating the product on the site itself.
  • No plan change control. Upgrades are purchases, made in the shop.

Services look different

Cards under Your services are a separate section with their own fields — plan, billing period, renewal date, linked network site, and traffic figures for traffic-based services. Their activation key only links one numeric site ID; it does not authorize domains or downloads. See Your services.
