A POM AI domain or credit action fails
Use this guide when a site cannot be authorized, an authorized site cannot use POM AI, or the account and domain balances do not explain the refusal.
Check the subscription and account balance
- Open My Account → POM AI Management.
- Under Your POM AI subscription, confirm an active plan is shown.
- Under Your account credits, read Available now.
- Review the remaining subscription and top-up batches and their expiry dates.
An active subscription and credits are separate requirements. A plan can be active while the spendable balance is zero.
Check the domain
- Under Manage AI Domains, find the exact hostname.
- If it is absent, select Add New Domain, enter the hostname or full URL and save.
- If adding fails, check the plan's domain allowance and remove only a domain you no longer use.
- If the domain is present, read its remaining domain limit, when one is set.
- Compare recent entries under Usage Logs with the affected hostname.
A domain limit is a remaining allowance for that domain. Setting or updating it replaces the current remaining amount; it is not a recurring monthly budget. Removing the limit lets the domain use the shared account balance, subject to the plan and available credits.
Check the site
- Confirm the affected WordPress site uses the same normalized hostname shown in the account.
- Confirm its POM AI product license is active where the product requires one.
- Retry one small AI action and record the exact time, tool and message.
- Refresh Usage Logs to see whether the action consumed credits.
Do not repeatedly retry a successful but slow operation; a completed AI request can spend credits even if the page later times out.
Expected result
The domain appears under Manage AI Domains, has remaining allowance or no domain limit, the account has spendable credits and a successful action appears in Usage Logs.
If the problem remains
Send support:
- the account email address;
- plan name and Available now balance;
- affected hostname;
- remaining domain limit, if set;
- action, tool and exact attempt time;
- exact error message and a screenshot without private content.
Do not send prompts containing confidential data, full license keys or administrator credentials.
