Partner commissions

Who sees this area
Only partners. My partner commissions appears in the account menu when your user account is linked to a partner record; everyone else does not see it at all.
If you are a partner and the entry is missing, the link between your user account and your partner record is what to ask support about.
The cycle
- Someone follows your referral link.
- They buy, and a commission is created.
- It is reviewed and approved.
- After a waiting period it becomes payable.
- You request payment for the commissions you choose.
- Pomatio pays them, and they are marked paid.
Steps 3 and 4 are why a commission you can see is not always one you can request yet.
Amounts are always ex VAT
Every figure in this area — the totals, each commission and the payment requests — excludes VAT. Follow your partner agreement and obtain appropriate tax advice when preparing any invoice.
What this area does not do
- It does not issue invoices. Requesting payment is not invoicing.
- It does not pay automatically. You request; Pomatio pays.
- It does not show your referrals' identities beyond the order and subscription references.
- It does not track clicks. It tracks commissions.
