Your POM AI subscription
The first card in POM AI Management.
With an active subscription
The card shows:

It also points you at Licenses & Downloads for the POM AI license key, because the key is a licensing matter, not a credit one.
Without one
The card says you have no active subscription and links to the POM AI plans so you can buy one.
Everything else in the screen depends on this. With no subscription, there is no credit card, no domain manager and no usage log.
The two halves of POM AI
They are easy to confuse, so it is worth separating them:

A site can be perfectly licensed and unable to run a single AI operation, because its domain is not authorized or the balance is empty. And a site with plenty of credits does nothing if its POM AI license key was never entered.
Check both when something is not working.
The domain allowance
Your plan sets how many domains may be authorized to spend your credits. The count on this card is that allowance in use.
When it is full, adding another domain is refused with a message saying so. Remove a domain you no longer use, or move to a plan with a larger allowance.
Some plans are unlimited, shown as an infinity sign.
Renewal
Renewing keeps the subscription active and grants the period's credits. What happens to unused credits at that point is covered in When credits expire — the short version is that subscription credits do not accumulate indefinitely.
If the subscription lapses, sites stop being able to use POM AI. Your authorized domains and your usage history remain.

If your account holds more than one POM AI plan, the card lists them together and the allowances combine into the single count shown.
