Usage logs
The record of what was spent, where and on what.
Where it is
The Usage Logs card at the bottom of POM AI Management, with the number of entries beside the heading.
The columns
| Column | Contents |
|---|---|
| Date | When the operation happened |
| Domain | Which authorized site spent the credits |
| Action | What was done |
| Credits | How many credits it cost |
Entries are listed newest first, and paged — Previous, Next, and Page n of m.
With nothing recorded yet, the card says No usage logs available yet.
What the log answers
"Where did my credits go?" — the most common question, and the only place it is answered.
Sort your reading by domain: a site consuming far more than the others is either doing more work or doing something unintended, and the action column tells you which.
"Was this expiry or spending?" — if your balance dropped and nothing appears here, a batch expired rather than being spent. See When credits expire.
"Is a site I removed still spending?" — it cannot. Entries from a removed domain remain in the history, but no new ones appear.
What it does not show
- Which user on the site ran the operation. The log records the domain, not the person.
- The content that was generated, translated or analyzed. Pomatio does not keep your content in your usage record.
- Failed operations that cost nothing.
- Expiry. Only spending appears here.
Using it to size your plan
A month of logs tells you what your real consumption is, and therefore whether your plan fits.
If you are repeatedly buying top-ups to cover the same shortfall, the logs are the evidence for changing plan instead — which is almost always cheaper than a habit of emergency top-ups.
Using it to set limits
Before setting domain spending limits, read a month of logs per domain. Limits set from actual figures hold; limits set from guesswork either block real work or fail to catch the site that needed catching.
Exports
There is no export. If you need the figures elsewhere, copy them from the table.
Retention
The log is a history, not a live counter, and it is not cleared when you remove a domain or change a limit. Entries stay so that a spend can be reconciled with an invoice later.
