web_taxonomy_terms_list Shortcode
The web_taxonomy_terms_list shortcode creates an alphabetical directory of current public terms in one taxonomy. It groups archive links by their displayed names and can add an index for jumping between populated groups. By default it includes the complete matching taxonomy; it does not paginate. The native block has a separate explicit term limit.
Page Builder exposes taxonomy, empty terms, return links, maximum terms, anchor and helper classes. The additional alphabet and accessibility attributes below are also supported in raw syntax. For native block editing, use Taxonomy Terms List.

The first shortcode directory without an authored anchor preserves #terms_a_z. The first shortcode group for each Latin letter or digit preserves #terms-a–#terms-z or #terms-0–#terms-9. Repeated groups and native blocks use unique destinations, and each directory's navigation links to its own groups. Return links lead to the start of that directory. Names and archive URLs are resolved when the page renders; clear page caches after changing terms if necessary. The shortcode continues to render with the Legacy Page Builder administration interface disabled.
Customize the stylesheet
Go to Settings → POM Theme → Advanced → Custom CSS → Shortcode CSS assets → Taxonomy terms list to compare the current taxonomy-terms-list.min.css source with an editable version. Saving creates a minified per-site replacement for the existing web-taxonomy-terms-list handle. The web_taxonomy_terms_list shortcode, selected taxonomy, empty-term filtering, A–Z and 0–9 groups, index links, return-to-top links, archive destinations, attributes, and conditional loading remain unchanged. This module has no associated JavaScript. Revert to theme CSS removes the replacement and restores the current theme asset.
Verification
Test terms beginning with letters and digits, including letters with no matching terms. Verify active index links reach the correct group, inactive characters are not links, archive destinations are correct and optional return-to-top links work with keyboard navigation.
