Integration requirement

This output requires the corresponding bookings integration and its source data to be available.

The form uses GET parameters start_date and optional end_date. New submissions use YYYY-MM-DD; valid old DD/MM/YYYY links still work. With no end date, the finder checks a booking starting on that day. A supplied inclusive interval must match an allowed product duration. For accommodation, the end is the final night and checkout is the following day. The native booking policy, resources and minimum party size apply.

Searches support at most 31 days and process the complete published booking catalogue in batches. The authenticated editor preview retains its 50-product and 2,000 candidate/resource/day work limits. Unavailable-integration states are explicit. Only currently visible, published, accessible products are shown. Result counts reflect rendered products. A custom template must still exist; default displays title-only fallback cards.

el_id, el_class and device visibility apply once to the wrapper containing both form and results. Generated input IDs are unique across instances. Existing theme datepicker assets are conditional on Finder presence; selected template and product-action assets are discovered when Bookings is active. Shortcode rendering remains available with the Legacy Page Builder interface disabled.

Exclude finder pages from upstream full-page caches. The theme requests cache bypass, but availability must still be confirmed on the product's booking form. Searching does not reserve a product.
