WooCommerce requirement

This output requires active WooCommerce and configured shipping zones. No separate POM feature switch is required. Page Builder administration may be disabled without disabling shortcode rendering.

Countries, states and optional address fields follow WooCommerce shipping configuration and field filters. Address fields start empty except for an allowed store country. Lookups require JavaScript and never save a customer address or change a cart. Multiple forms are independent.

Only configured methods are listed, not final cart-qualified rates. Configured base costs are shown as information, with an explicit notice that they are not a checkout quote. Cost expressions are displayed without evaluating cart quantities or shipping classes. Availability and payable prices are confirmed at checkout after cart-dependent restrictions are evaluated.

Verification

Test web_shipping_calculator in its relevant logged-in and logged-out states, including validation, success and error feedback. Pay particular attention to error_message and success_message.
