Output and safety

This element supplies dynamic route data to its parent map and does not render an independently visible frontend component, so device visibility does not apply.

Test the selected query or post with enough valid locations to form the requested route, and provide the essential itinerary outside the map when visitors need a text alternative.

Locations follow the source post's current Locations fields. Legacy queries retain their saved result limit, including all-results queries, and include every valid stored location. The native Map block has separate composition limits. Private, password-protected and permission-restricted sources are omitted. An authorized preview can show the edited draft's own locations. Clear full-page caches when source metadata changes. See the native Map guide for preview, route limits and provider requirements.
