Download multiple invoices
Use the invoice download screen to collect the published invoices from a date range in one ZIP file. This guide is intended for site administrators who need to archive invoices or send a bounded set to an accountant.
Before you begin
- Flexible Invoices for WooCommerce PRO must be installed and active on the current site.
- Your account must have permission to manage site options.
- The invoices you want to download must already be published.
Download the invoices
- In WordPress administration, go to Invoices → Download.
- In From, select the first date to include.
- In To, select the last date to include.
- Confirm that the selected dates span no more than three calendar months.
- Select Download.
Your browser downloads invoices.zip. The archive contains the invoice PDFs
that match the selected range on the current site.
Important limits
- Each download is limited to a maximum difference of three calendar months.
- The download contains invoices from the current site only.
- A range without matching published invoices does not produce invoice PDFs.
- Creating a large ZIP can take longer when the range contains many invoices. Use a smaller range if the request does not finish.
Verify the download
- Open
invoices.zipon your computer. - Confirm that the expected invoice PDF files are present.
- Open a sample PDF and verify its invoice number and date.
Troubleshooting
- If WordPress asks for a shorter range, choose dates no more than three calendar months apart and try again.
- If Invoices → Download is unavailable, confirm that Flexible Invoices for WooCommerce PRO is active and that your account can manage site options.
- If the ZIP has no invoice PDFs, verify that published invoices exist in the selected range.
- If the request times out, retry with a shorter date range.
