Use the dashboard and pause orders

The Pomatio welcome panel appears on Dashboard → Home. It provides quick access to content, optional administration tools and the current WooCommerce order status.

Use the dashboard shortcuts

  1. Open Dashboard → Home for the intended site.
  2. Confirm the displayed site ID and domain.
  3. Use Posts or Pages to open the corresponding content list.
  4. If your permissions include the advanced section, use its shortcuts to open reading, performance, footer, SEO and optimization settings.
  5. Where traffic information is available, review the visit summary shown to administrators.

The available destinations depend on the plugins and theme installed on the site. A shortcut can lead to a screen that is unavailable when its corresponding product is inactive or your user lacks the required permission.

Open Site Health

Pomatio omits WordPress's Site Health Status summary widget from Dashboard → Home. This does not disable Site Health or its checks. If your account has permission, open Tools → Site Health to review the complete status and information screens.

Pause WooCommerce orders

Pausing a store prevents its products from being purchased and displays the configured WooCommerce store notice. Existing orders remain stored; this control changes whether the site accepts new purchases.

You need the manage_woocommerce capability.

  1. Open Dashboard → Home.
  2. Find the message Your shop is receiving orders.
  3. Select Pause orders.
  4. Return to the dashboard and confirm that the message is now Your shop is paused and is not receiving orders.
  5. Open a product on the public site and confirm that it cannot be purchased.
  6. Confirm that the store notice appears at the bottom of the public page.

Resume WooCommerce orders

  1. Open Dashboard → Home.
  2. Find the paused-store message.
  3. Select Resume orders.
  4. Confirm that the dashboard reports that the shop is receiving orders.
  5. Open an otherwise purchasable product and verify that its purchase controls are available again.

Troubleshooting

  • If the store control is absent, confirm that WooCommerce is active and your user can manage WooCommerce.
  • If an advanced shortcut is absent, your user does not have the required administration access.
  • If a paused store has no custom message, Pomatio Platform displays its default paused-orders notice.
  • If a product remains unavailable after resuming orders, inspect its stock, price, status and other WooCommerce purchasing rules.
